Guidelines for Competitions

Intra-club competitions are run on a monthly basis. The following guildlines should be observed when submitting work for judging:
Competitions either have an assigned topic or open topic for which members may submit any photo of their choice.
Photos to be mounted on matt board.
On the back of each entry, the title of image and the membership number is to be written on the upper left hand corner.
All work should ideally be submitted at the meeting prior to the competition or submitted to Work Steward 2 weekends prior to the meeting.
Work will be ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd, or 'highly commended' if appropriate.
A maximum of 4 prints can be submitted per member. Print size is not restricted.
