Before Uploading Your Images:


Electronic Digital Images (E.D.I.) are to be saved as JPEG files in the sRGB colour space and should not exceed the following sizes:

Maximum Width =  
1400 Pixels
Maximum Height =  
1050 Pixels
Maximum File Size =  
1000 kilobytes

There are also "Photo Resizing" sites on the web like this one: resizemypicture.com,
picmonkey.com and ribbet.com

Your image filename should contain no characters or symbols, have no blank spaces
(use the underscore for blank spaces as per example)

Filename should be lowercase, contain your image"Title" followed by your "Membership Number".

Example of file naming:  
 "a_day_at_the_races_34.jpg"

Once you hit the "Submit button, please be patient as large files can take a few minutes to upload. You will see the "Congratulations you have successfully uploaded your images" page once complete.

You will also receive from the Parklands Steward, an "Auto-reply" email, advising you that your images have been received.
